Im pretty sure they fixed that in the last patch, now the mav just ghosts right through players does it not?
I know Ive tried many times to kill someone with the mav and cant do it, but I was able to rape with it in beta and early stages of retail. Ive also had many people try to smash me like a bug when I am sniping high on a mountain, I used to try shooting it down but now I just let it bounce all over me and it does no damage.
