Tutorial: How To Not Get Your Accounts Disabled:

1) Click Start > Run, Then type Regedit
2) Click on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" Folder
3) Click "Software" Folder
4) Click "Valve" Folder
5) Click "Steam" Folder
6) Click "Users" Folder
7) NOW REMEMBER TO SIGN OUT of Steam
8) Open the "Users" folder, there will be numbers alot of folders with deficient numbers just click on them and delete them one by one .

AFTER That go and find your Programs folder (Normally it's under C:/ Hard-Disk ( If you don't know have to find it, you can click on the Windows Start Icon, and open "Run" and Type "file:///C:/" then you find the C:/ Hard-Disk )) Find you Programs folder
normally it's Name "Program Files" or "Programs" when you found the Program folder, Find the "Steam" folder, you can do that very easy by pressing S on your Keyboard then it should drop down where the folder with "S" is starting, so Open the Steam Folder and look for this file "ClientRegistry.blob" delete it and start steam it will do an update/redownload the file

If you do this every time you log in and out of a account then they will almost 100% of the time NOT get disabled.
