AA RocketDock Icon PNG Request

Can a good photoshopER make like a nice and shiny rocketdock icons cuz the default one that comes from the client looks all faded and its not png which has all the white around it...

heres my ridiculous attempt at making it transparent...

i cant see the images... it says this
