The video looked fine, but compare it to Hoth on the PS2s battlefront 2 and I'm not so sold yet. Sure we only saw a glimpse of it but the PS2 version looked like it had way more freedom. The sound effects from the tie fighters sounded sweet and looked fun. I'm not too mad about the AtAts being "on rails", they technically were before in BF2, sure you could control how fast it walked or if you wanted it to stop, but then you get some person that can't play worth shit that'd be so lame having them hog the ATAT spot, least now all you can do is shoot from its head, people won't want to camp it all game.

The video does look fine.
The sound design is awesome.

But I want results, betas and release footage before even remotely considering buying this game.

I'll buy it because I'm a SW "fan" but I think i get disappointed again from this "shitty" company. :(

Because people will complain that they are showing footage from computers that run better than the consoles. No one is ever happy. "The only reason it looks that good is because it's on a 5,000$ computer".

I was going to say "have some faith, not in EA, but the developers", but then I just thought to myself "who am I kidding, the developers arent even the original creators, they don't have as much heart in it". So I'll just try to have some faith in general:p

I wish the online portion of Battlefront 2 still worked lol id play the shit out of that. I remember playing that so often, even playing by yourself was hella fun:cool:

Now we have to "trust" EA to remake a game I remember so fondly? Idk:(

i would also defo have to try this game before i would even consider parting with my cash, it looks good but its more about how the game actually plays. ive heard mixed reviews.

I consider everyone invited to EAs E3 conference a dicksucking fake game reviewer.
Because everyone with decent critism gets banned or cried at.

oh yeah i hope EA/DICE release a Beta.. like Battlefield :rolleyes:

I liked the BF3 Metro beta, when it had the glitch where if people were sprinting the sniper would do 2x damage, and people were constantly sprinting so it was constant one hit sniper kills:D Hopefully they make sniping fun in this game:)
