The best APB hack just got better.

While the possibility of NoSpread got patched and is currently not possible anymore, HelioS Framework has some unique features like Neutral (Mod) ESP.

HelioS-Framework-v3.0 for APB Reloaded got fitted with a working NoSpread option!!!
The NoSpread was only available in the LVL3 hack so make sure to get the APB LVL3 or MasterPackage subscription.
