UT3Demo WORKING on x64

Because Epic failed to get the UT3Demo working on 64bit systems, I helped them out a bit :)

This will resolve the "UT3Demo.exe: Modified executable code is not allowed. Please reinstall the game." error when you try to start the demo on a x64 system
