I'd like to add a bit of advice here...as another real life example came into IRC just yesterday:
If there is a chargeback on your account...the staff will grant you an audience. We always do that. But, for the love of god, come up with a much better answer than "It wasn't me that submitted that chargeback...it was paypal that did it".
The staff are all mature adults and willing to listen. But at the end of day you'll have about 3 minutes to prove your case otherwise you'll just get kicked out.
