Some official view please. Hack leak?

i recently came across a youtube video using your trailer for Battle Field heroes to advertise this hack and gave a download link. I was thinkin cool, but i ain't stupid.
I come here to check it out to find that this is a paid service, So i was wondering if this is legitimate or a virus waiting in the ranks, i have downloaded it on my guinea pig computer and it seems to check out, no viruses, and folders appear legit.
I then looked at the other game hacks it was advertising and the link was the same for the battle field heroes hack. my suspicions are aroused.

Inside the file there is this,
-(HFv3.0patched)
--Mouse
---arrow [PNG Image]
--Sounds (all sound files in here)
---bitch
---dominating
---doublekill
---etc...
--helios.dat [DAT File]
--HelioS_Framework.dll [Application Extension]
--Injector [Application]

Wouldn't mind some official input.

lol oh well then, its a bummer i don't have the free hax, but i got about 30 or so kick ass sounds fer free to use in my machinima

[even if i hadn't taken precautions and run the files, the thing wouldn't have gotten anything. I don't individually put in passwords/info and all that, I use self made program that puts it in for me that requires a password to access and I go through proxys.... and yet I don't have activr virus protection software. Figure that one out.]

Well, you have to log into your account on AA to be able to access the hack in the first place. This has to be fake
