While eating protein bar I was wondering what is your guy's workout routine?
Mine is 1hr jog every other day and weight training every other day, not on cardio/jog day.
Weekend is also rest day for me.
Weight train include:
2 set 12 rep
75 degree Incline DB Bench Press, DB Bench Press, One Arm Rows, DB Pullovers, Bent Over Lateral Raise, DB Upright Rows, DB Curls, Overhead Triceps Extension, Leg Extension, DB Squat, DB Lunges
But yea' I haven't really done any routinee exercise for a while, just starting to get back into it. But at the moment, I'm only doing 30-45 min jogs.

i used to jog in my teens, long time ago, till i got shin splits, so i took up cycling, i still cycle, about 1 hour a day, this is a good way to get the lungs going, and also keep thin, not a good idea if trying to get big ass muscles.
i used to do weights, i would do low weights,(5 kg to 10 kg) but lots of reps, say 30 to 40 reps, in blocks of 5, like 2 to 3 mins rest between each rep, (i might try this weight trianing again
food is the main part if want to get big, and eat lots., protein bar are a waste of time and MONEY, try pasta, tuna & breads, etc,
to this day im in my mid 30's, i have never been overweight, this could be due to my dna, very fast mobtabalisim ( spelt wrong ) however i have used a bike for the long time.
I alway try and avoid 'exercise/workouts' topics on forums because they always turn out bad.
People acting as though they actually have muscle and when they post pictures of themselves.... luz. Always happens
