every time I try to place an order, it works until paypal tries to validate. After it fails to validate I get this error

"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method"

Does anyone know if theres a trick to fixing this? I've honestly never seen paypal have a problem like this before.
