Yeah.. and thats the only time you can really rage now. Think back to 2009 and 2010 when you could rage and the only thing you had to worry about was either server admins banning you from THEIR server or the occasional VAC / Punkbuster wave.
Of course there are some games where developers rely on their anti cheat instead of reports, but thats pretty rare these days.
