On the 4th of July I purchased "MasterPackage - ALL SUPPORTED LVL3 CHEATS". I used the cheats once last week. This week I logged in and for some reason it appears I have lost my subscription. What is going on???

PS: I didn't want to start a public thread about this. I tried to PM a mod but it seems like I don't even have the privilege to do that. WTF is up?
