Not sure, but I'm positively guessing that the regular pointer that sets your position is setting other players', why not hook that function and use a hotkey to set their position infront of you, and when you use the sendPacket hook, place them right infront of you and shoot them? If what's happening is that certain packets that tell the server that you're shooting players are being sent hence the players die, this should achieve the same point.
