Is it possible to twitch stream and have a silent aimbot in the background?

Reason I ask is that there are some people I suspect of cheating, but they stream on twitch and also record their physical computer monitors at times. There is another I suspected, but he includes a camera view of his mouse movements, so I was able to verify that it's not an aimbot he uses but pure skill because I slowed the video way down and compared his mouse movements to his aim.

I suspect this guy of using cheats, because his mouse always flicks to the center of the target when he shoots. He never misses and doesn't play competitively, although he's better than all the competitive snipers. But he streamed on twitch a lot, so idk if that's possible:

I also suspect this guy of using an aimbot. But he records his physical computer monitor and his mouse movements. Maybe there's an aim adjuster that's hard to detect?
