i can almost guaranee it will come for pc it's just not rockstar if it wont, but then again rockstar never said they release IV for pc until close to release.
Why would they
considering the fact that if they dont
people will buy it on console cause they think there wont be a pc release ( else they would have wated ) Those same people still buy it on pc afterwards becayse of mods etc.
