My last account got banned for following reason :
"Username"

i mean what does this even means. i paid $50 and got banned the second after. do i get my refund back? ive been struggling using it for 2hours and no one replies me, when the time i restart my pc, it shows my account got banned, and no longer read any forum post or click on any link on this forum. Help!
