You purchased with an echeck via paypal. The message we get from paypal is this:
eCheck estimated completion: 28 Jun 2013 - 2 Jul 2013. We recommend that you don't ship items until you receive payment.
You personally can call paypal and tell them to change this to an instant payment. Once that is done then you can ask us for it to be activated.
