Defeating is the wrong word here.
Yes they patched nospread and damage hack, by bringing it to the server.
But defeated? No, it's just a disappointing title and it's reflecting that in our sales.
Therefore we won't pursue a full blown hack for it. Because its not worth investing into.
If making disappointing titles equals defeating us, we got defeated alot in the past years.
