I'm going to tell you right now you will be banned. They keep logs of all damage, I've been banned twice for even minor modifications to dmg.
CE is not detected, but if you fear it is, use x64 or make an undetected version from delphi.
How to modify damage:
1.) Open CE and grab Defiance process
2.) Go to your inventory and note down your items damage, both pistol/maingun or whatever you have
3.) Search float exact value rounded (default) for one of your guns damage. Note they are rounded up by 0.5 so if you've level that gun and it has extra damage it may not be for example 188, it will be 187.5
4.) Switch guns and search exact value whatever damage that gun had
5.) Repeat 1-4 until you have ~less then 10 values
6.) Copy them to the cheat table, freeze them and modify value.
