The Crashes are not hack-related since you don't play with the hack.
First a few questions:
Did you pay via Paypal?
Was the Payment successful? (Do you have a Transaction-ID?)
Are you from Russia/Ukraine etc? (If yes, read this:
Concerning Russia, Ukraine and other banned countries.)
If you have a PayPal-Transaction-ID, join Livesupport and have a talk with the staff. Remember to bring some time with you, since the time-zones may be different and the mods/staff may have to work.
