The video you see was an ArtificialAiming user killing through buildings with Remove buildings feature.
It made you able to shoot through any object or building
[WarZ]Ghost Feature victims.

It made the game look like this.

Removing all objects is possible however shooting through them is not.
It's no longer possible.
