Me I only buy the level 3 every time, which is automatically a VIP if I am not mistaken ,but, even with buying the level 3 every time I have had it, I have NEVER got VIP status, weird, unless it only applies to master package folks. I always buy level 3 because I want the most bang for my buck and the most ownage as my dollar can buy.
