I do understand that the private section would be better to post in, but, kinda hard to with no sub. I keep hearing about the excellent support here (channel included) ,but, it takes way way to long for someone to respond sometimes, if any. If I'm waiting in the support channel forever then I not playing which gets upsetting. My time is valuable ,so, waiting forever is not good for me. My thought is answer quick that way I can get back on track and playing.
