I played original Tribes and Tribes 2 -- Tribes Ascend isn't that hard at all, in fact with all the area denial weapons it's pretty easy. The company that made it however is shit, and under their current system you can be banned for having anything on your system their service flags as a hack even if its not for Tribes itself.
You can extoll the virtues of the game all day, and speculate on how many sales AA would make off of it, but at the end, it would be a huge headache for Helios to bypass their custom cheat detection. Which to my knowledge is something Helios does rarely, if ever.
If its not Punkbuster or VAC likely it won't be hacked.
