Sorry to hear, that is a real bad spot you got yourself in.
but
don't be a dumbass and think about offing yourself or whatnot
just ride the storm (your a military man...you can handle it) and it will all pass, will be behind you and if your wife (justified being pissed) don't support you through this....pretty sure you can get a new life started again.
