I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly I've been really bad about that lately. Haven't done it for a couple weeks and counting. Its not a joke. I knew how high the risk was for such a little reward(Chewing tobacco and McDonald). I've been protected by a higher power. I cant say in the future I will be so lucky if it continues.
