The OP has not mentioned what game, what error, all he has done is mentioned his IP has been banned. We helped him confirm he has another IP and change it and he says he still has the same issue. Without knowing what game, what error there is not much anyone can do to help this fellow bypass this issue.

If your crashing his servers for instance you can bet your ass hes going to IP range ban you. Even though in todays age ip bans are useless with VPN's and Proxies etc...

BgFdS i am going to give you some advice for the future:

If your stupid enough to think you need to wait all night with router off for a new IP address you shouldn't be posting people have no clue about things.

Problem is you forgot to think not every ISP has the same lease time or how long the OP already had his IP before we told him to turn off the router.
