First confirm if you have a static or dynamic ip.

You can do this by visiting http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and taking note of the ip at the top.

Now disconnect your router , yes your internet router and power it off for a few secs. Power it on again, let it boot and when it has established a internet connection again visit http://www.whatsmyip.org/ again and see if the IP is still the same. If its the same your screwed and will need to use a vpn paid or free service you can google those. If it has changed ip ban is gone unless the admin ip banned your isp range.
