First to those saying it does not suck... it is unreal 3 engine mod by some random dev, Tribes and Starsiege Tribes many years ago were the last good Tribes titles.

For the anticheat thing, people such as Helios etc could circumvent it if there was motivation to put the time into it, so I think the issue was more "not enough people are playing this to make it worth the time to break it"

I don't think you have to worry about Hi Rez anticheat replacing pb
