After purchase, would I be able to load this hack in the notorious mod for bf2 called Project Reality?

And currently, I can't get AA v2.6 or 2.7 to load in-game, even when I run as admin and compatible with XP service pack 3. It says injected successfully but nothing ingame? This would obviously be the same result when purchasing an AA package.
