The hack is up and it is working as I write this. No bans as of yet but, most know VAC bans are delayed so you just gotta wait and see for that.
I guess your question was a bit broad. Maybe if you re-worded it to say "Has there been any downtime for the hack yet? Any reported bans?" you probably would have got a more direct answer.
