as you know nothing is undetectable..and what PB do is delayed bans.
in few words.. they create new signatures.. they detect people, but they don't ban.. so a lot of cheaters got detected because there's no visible ban wave.

now.. what HelioS do... he knows when a new signature for his hack is uploaded.. and then he detect the hack.. as a result.. for a site with 57,000+ users in the last banwave we had 10-15 bans...

in the last banwave for the site you was i can see 150+ bans

here's the difference.
