I don't think you fully got to grips with our CSS cheat. There is so much more to it than the stuff you listed. Did you not look into the weapons config at all? All you seemed to have done was change the options available in the menu. There is so much more you're missing.
You're right, it's not made for legit play (I hate that phrase 'legit' If you want legit play don't inject a cheat) But the features available have so much potential to become a cheat for legit play.
