I agree, it's an old game but still has a small but hardcore fanbase who would be willing to pay heavily to get an advantage.
Also, more than any other game I know there is a strong reliance on concealment in open terrain, so even a simple radar cheat would be of huge value and wouldn't take you guys long to develop.
If it's an issue of development cost versus income, I am willing to put $500 towards the cost of development.
