Anyway, i can answer most of those questions. I'm not sure how much from the private forums i'm allowed to 'leak'.
But anyways:
I don't know for sure, but i would guess someone was banned for using it.
Yes, it is updated.
Works for me on PB servers.
The features i've tested (most of them) work.
As VIP, you gain access to a status thread.
Works fine for me, on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
It has not crashed for me (yet?)
