yes i know what you mean, but i have enough life-experience in that.
In the past i was always good to everyone, thats actually really me, even when they treated me bad. But problem is when they know you are like that they take advantage of you in a bad way. They suck you dry like a vampire till nothing is left of you.
Sometimes you have to be like that in order to prevent physical damage to yourself, see it like some sort of firewall. Human Protection Measures.
