I can't say a whole lot about fitting a motherboard, becaue I don't know a whole lot about the phenoms and what type of board you'd need.
The RAM, OS, and GFX card all look good (I'm pretty loyal to XFX Nvidia stuff, and it's done me well; so good choice)
As far as building it I would be careful building it yourself if you haven't before. There are plenty of guides and videos of how to do it yourself. Maybe someone else could weigh in on that.
