Don't set them so high as they did. While back i went to overclock my stuff as well and couldn't reach half the settings other people could on the forums i was reading. Tweak it up slowly. Never ever ever when overclocking do it in high leaps you will send your pc to the chits!
With CPU for instance only overclock in +5 this is a general rule.
