To be honest that sounds dodgy there is no set number of accounts you can have for steam (if there was your friends or family wouldn't be able to use ur pc to login to steam if u no what i mean) but yea its possable the account was disabled because a new ip was logged but again that makes no sense so im guessing someone reported it
