First of all, what the hell did you download? It must of been something from an unsecured and dodgy website to do that kind of damage.

Second, norton is bad, I would recommend AVG, its free and bloody good.

Third, I have never been a computer expert but my advice is google -blue screen of death- and see if anything helps there,if not find someone who can help, if not reformat sadly.

There is one thing to try, try to see if you can geyt into safe mode? (Press f8 while it starts up till it shows you a. Safe mode option) if so, do a recovery point before you had the virus, might have luck there.
