thanx for the reply.. its a second partition i use for gaming.. i started playing games and after a few minutes i get a blue screen or the game crashes with a memory error so i thought i would try and format.. when i format i get to 100% format then it starts to copy files over then all of a sudden i get the blue screen of death.. the image below is the screen i get.
