Well I can 100 % say that it was not my server your referring too. Never kicked a hacker yet, they just seem to get killed into disconnect. 1 rogue hacker on a server with 3 hacker admins, ususally tends to make rogue hacker leave on his own.
Sorry to hear of your troubles, pick a better server
