I don't have a credit card, so about a month ago I bought a Mastercard gift card.

I had no trouble paying for my first month subscription and I very much enjoyed the software.

It is now a month later, I bought another gift card, tried paying exactly as I had done last time. It tells me that it will not accept the card and to try another, 3 times.

The balance is on the card and it is activated, I just checked it online.

Please help me give you my money.
