To clarify...
The radar hack can be used with or without XFire/Fraps
You will not get kicked if you don't use XFire/Fraps
It's safer if you use XFire though because XFire will add an extra layer to the radar hook that PB should go through.
At the moment it does not matter if you use XFire or not because both methods are undetected.
