TRIGGER = comes from to trigger or the trigger of a gun
BOT = comes from robot, something automated
TRIGGERBOT = will automatically trigger your weapon (or pull the trigger of your weapon ea. CLICK) for you at the right moment. So with triggerbot enabled, once you hover with the crosshair over your enemy (you aim manually) the bot will shoot for you.
AIM = comes from, well aiming
BOT = comes from robot, something automated
AIMBOT = It will automatically aim for you
the AIMBOT itself has tons of options and also the option to automatically fire your weapon once it locks on a target but it's still different to a triggerbot.
