45-60 mins heavy lifting, 30-45 mins cardio...3-4 days a week.....and i watch what i eat (so no fast food and fatty food)..pre-workout supplement is 1.5 scopes of muscle milk, 3 raw eggs, 8-10 oz of water and post workout supplement 2 scopes of muscle milk and 8-10 oz of water
