yes it counts if u do it for 20 mins plus, i used to have BMX back in the days, i think i had Redline, and a Roadking, then updated to racing bike in the early teens,
the only musles i have is a luv muscle and my tongue. oh my legs are quiet good shape, shame about my arms,and forearms.
