Do the other computers run the same OS & service pack?
Have you ran any Anti-virus scans, registry repair, to check for errors?
What do you use for your firewall? Did you try dis-abling it?
Have you tried doing a system restore to a time where it wasn't happening?
Try reinstalling your wireless software/drivers?
Try re-seating your wireless card/plug into different pci slot (or usb if you use that kind)
Try all thee above, if any of that doesn't work.....I don't know what to tell you. Maybe roll back to Windows XP Sp2.
