You can record ingame with xFire... To make easy to use parts out of the recorded vids i use Vdub and then you can just rejoin the parts with a Movieeditor... For basic vids you can even use windows movie maker
Else have a look for a easy to use videoeditor with a few more features then windows movie maker(eg Sony Vegas) And if you thing you are able to deal with Adobe premiere and after effects you can also use them to make a vid
Oh and as youtube supports now HD, its best if you play the game in a 16:9 resolution
