If you use it carefully, then your safe from server admins, but if there IS a detection from punkbuster, then no matter how safe you are, you'd still get banned as well as all other people who use this hack.
An undetected hack has NO time guaranteed for undetections. But HelioS is great, and his detections usually go on for months at time.
